Every product decision passes a 'would this annoy a driver?' check. They're 30% of the daily users.
Anything bigger than a day's work gets a one-page brief. Forces clarity, leaves a paper trail.
We support both EN and 中文 customers. Every customer-facing flow gets reviewed by a native speaker.
