What's the cancellation fee?
Free until a driver is dispatched. After that, $4 covers the trip out.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes — businesses with 25+ shipments/mo can switch to net-30 invoicing.
Is there a markup over carrier rates?
A small platform margin plus a flat $1.50 booking fee — both shown in your quote before you pay, never added later.
Do you charge for pickup?
Pickup is optional and priced separately. Available pickup services and the exact price appear in your quote.
