Do quotes include tax?
Quotes show pre-tax. HST is added at checkout based on the pickup address.
What's the cancellation fee?
Free until a driver is dispatched. After that, $4 covers the trip out.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes — businesses with 25+ shipments/mo can switch to net-30 invoicing.
Is there a markup over carrier rates?
No. We pass the carrier rate through and add a flat $1.50 booking fee.
Do you charge for pickup?
Same-day pickup is included. For carrier shipments, scheduled pickup adds $4–$8 depending on the carrier.
